Job Responsibility

  • Perform cleaning, conditioning, and polishing of shoes and bags using appropriate techniques and products to maintain their appearance and quality.
  • Execute minor repairs on shoes and bags, including stitching, patching, and hardware replacement, ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on all items before and after care services to identify any defects or areas needing special attention.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are properly stored and readily accessible.
  • Adhere to established procedures and guidelines for handling different materials, including leather, suede, fabric, and synthetic materials.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies, repair materials, and tools, and notifying supervisors when replenishment is needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining care processes, and offering recommendations for maintaining shoes and bags.
  • 6 day work with schedule (weekend is holiday)
  • Public Holiday is double pay

Job Requirements

  • Possess a strong understanding of different materials used in shoes and bags, including leather, suede, canvas, and synthetic fabrics.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in basic sewing techniques for minor repairs and alterations.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of shoe and bag care, from cleaning and conditioning to repair work.
  • Adhere to strict quality control standards to ensure all items meet the company's expectations for cleanliness, repair quality, and overall presentation.
  • Exhibit excellent cleaning skills, utilizing appropriate cleaning agents and techniques for various materials to remove dirt, stains, and blemishes without causing damage.
  • Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English to understand customer requests and provide clear explanations of care procedures.
  • Inspect shoes and bags to identify damages or imperfections and determine the appropriate care or repair methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily accessible and properly stored.
