Established since 2016, we have been produced pastries, croissants and is a popular Cafe and Bakery located in Seremban. We believe in providing quality bakes, premixes and stabilizers. Focusing on good techniques and baking from scratch to control quality through the entire process.

Qualifications & experience

• Proven experience as a Cake Decorator or similar role
• Proficiency in various baking techniques and a solid understanding of ingredients and baking method
• Ability to work early morning shifts or flexible hours as needed
• A strong sense of creativity and a passion for baking
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Tasks & responsibilities

• Continuously experiment with ingredients, techniques, and presentation to enhance the variety of cakes, pastries and other baked goods.
• Oversee and execute daily mass production of pastries, ensuring consistency and high quality.
• Manage production workflows to optimize kitchen efficiency.
• Ensure all products meet high-quality standards and maintain consistency in taste and appearance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create seasonal or event-specific baked goods.
• Being creativity and flair to cake presentation, contributing to the visual appeal of all products
• Good in multi tasking, attention to detail
