Duties and Responsibility:
- Assist in all pastries preparation and production arrangement.
- Able to perform basic icing and cake decoration.
- Perform all finishing and labeling of cakes when required.
- Maintain high cleanliness and food storage standard in the kitchen.
- Ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
- Report any maintenance issue to Sous Chef / Head Chef immediately.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
i. Qualifications: Culinary Art
ii. Experience: Pastry experience will be added advantage.
iii. Skills / Competencies:
- Have a passion for pastry and baking.
- Pleasant personality, good work attitude, responsibility, friendly and active personnel.
- Fast learner.
- Adapt to the needs of business.
- Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
iv. Good command of English, Malay or Mandarin.
