Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth running of all bar operations.
• Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the SOPs.
• Ensure all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure.
• Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required.
• Ensure standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality.
• Monitor and control bar beverage stocks and ensure efficient use of products.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
• A creative flair for inventing new drinks.
• Work till late night, weekends & Public Holidays.
