Job Responsibility
- Customize coffee/tea product testing and provide reference samples: Coordinate with customer needs to select samples properly and send them to the technical department for formula design in a timely manner. Â
- Customer sample testing: After finalizing the samples, deliver them to customers for technical application in a timely manner. Conduct on - site sample testing with customers, obtain feedback information, and promptly report  to the regional sales department and the company's R & D department. Â
- Improve and optimize existing beverage products, enhancing performance indicators such as product quality, taste, and stability to meet the changing needs of consumers and the requirements of market competition. Â
- Accompany sales teams for customer visits, determine brand tonality, communicate with the customer's R & D department, understand customer needs, assist sales in market research, and collect regional brand information and conduct analysis. Â
- Develop personalized product application plans according to customer needs, conduct on - site demonstrations and training to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to the products. Â
- Application proposal: According to customer needs, communicate with the marketing department and the R & D department to design effective application proposals. Â
- Analyze market feedback and sales data, identify product problems and areas for improvement, propose effective solutions, and implement them. Â
- Have more than 2 years of work experience in product R & D technology application in the beverage industry. Â
- Those with successful R & D cases of coffee products/tea drink products will be given priority.
- Candidates who have won international barista awards will be given priority.
- Proficient in coffee blending and product development
- According to Malaysian labor law, contributions to social security and the provident fund are required.
