Bartender -JPOD Cafe

JSK JPOD - the LARGEST Capsule Hotel in Asia which cater for, amongst other hotel activities, accommodation, F&B, vending machine, and other hotel centered activities, we are currently looking for experienced and dedicated individuals with the "CAN DO" attitude to join our family.

This position is based in Sadong Jaya, Kota Kinabalu.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Adhering to all beverage safety and quality regulations.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
• Developing new cocktail recipes.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in the bartender and strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne and mixed cocktails.
• Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
