Bid Management Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bid Pricing Management
- Compile the overall BOM from CTS/LTS/GS/Project Management & Procurement - ensuring cost accuracy & optimization.
- To propose the right sell price for submission based on pricing review with Product & Technical team while inline against sales strategies.
- To present overall submission & getting pricing approval from the management before proceed to releasing the price to sales.
- The one to translate the approved price to the client price submittal(format).
- Repricing of Bids.
- Pricing changes (Gain/Loss) analysis, cost changes & VCM analysis.
- Pricing trend & Cost trend analysis.
Bid Management
- Leading & manage all stages of bid process from qualification to submission to the sales team.
- Developing and maintaining best practice throughout the bid cycle.
- Manage bid submission - coordinating with all bidding team members to ensure and obtain all submittals.
- Ensure a full understanding of the solution portfolio, appropriate offerings, within a complete and competitive solution, are proposed to meet the customer requirements.
- Aware & highlight the overall risk (Commercial/Technical/GS) when presenting to management for approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a Bachelor Degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related to Pricing or Bid/ Tender Submission - Telecom, Colocation & Data Center Industry.
- Skilful in Microsoft Office - comfortable in managing Excel spreadsheet.
- Good Number Sense - comfortable when dealing in huge project value.
- Detail-oriented - paying close attention to all of the small particulars when working Bid Pricing.
- Good Communication & Presentation Skills - no issues in communicating to different levels of colleagues up till management.
- Excellent Time Management & Organization skills.
