Billing & Revenue Accounting Specialist

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Coordinate action with Sales, Sales administration, Order Management, Credit and Collection teams to ensure quality & efficiency of customer billing and inquiries handling
• Prepare and posting of revenue journals in accordance to IFRS15 guideline
• Participation in projects - E-invoicing, merger and acquisition, local compliance projects
• Support monthly financial closing activities and prepare quarterly reporting and analysis
• Support the audit processes within the department, including preparation and review for statutory, internal, tax, and other audit / review purposes
• Comply with internal controls and operate in respect of Group Compliance policies
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years' experience within the Invoice to Cash function or related field of experience
• Experience and competent in using integrated ERP software (particularly PeopleSoft)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio, with hands-on experience managing and analyzing large data sets.
• Quick learner and self-starter who has the ability to work independently or within a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and possess strong analytical skills and attention, determined to troubleshoot the issue root cause
• Native/professional fluency in English & Mandarin is required for this opportunity
