BIM Technician

Pico Play is an agile company within the field of themed attractions and entertainment offering a position for a motivated BIM (Building Information Modeling) technician with Autocad and Revit experience.

Those with in-depth architectural knowledge, drawing skills, and the ability to work concurrently on multiple projects are encouraged to apply.

Applicants are expected to utilize REVIT software to produce 3d models, drafting & specifications and drawing sheeting on a medium to high level competency level with the ability at reasonable speed.

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent

• 3-5 years of Revit experience
• 3-5 years preparing detailed construction drawings, layouts, sketches, and graphic --representations of architectural designs
• 3-5 years of architectural industry experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and take initiative
• Hands on construction experience is preferred
• Remuneration package will subject to years of experiences, skill sets and attribute.
