The Role:

• Launch blockchain networks and smart contracts like a pro
• Dive deep into performance & security tweaks — because you care about clean, fast code
• Work with product managers and development teams to integrate blockchain technology into existing systems
• Document your brilliance (Writing technical documentation, including design documents, user guides. And yes, even the test cases)
• Keep your radar up on all things Web3 — and bring new tech to the table
• Troubleshoot, debug, and keep our blockchain stack rock solid
• Jump into product discussions and help shape what we build next
  
  
  

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• You speak fluent Rust or Go (or both!) — strong coding skills and a love for clean, efficient code are your thing
• You’re a fast learner — new tech? New frameworks? No problem. You pick things up like a sponge
• You’ve got big system energy — experience (or serious interest) in building large-scale distributed systems that don’t fall apart under pressure
• Clouds don’t scare you — whether it’s AWS or GCP, you’re comfortable working in the cloud and deploying things that actually run
• Team player vibes — you’re a great communicator, love working with others, and don’t mind helping someone debug at 3AM (ok, maybe not 3AM, but you get the idea)
• Problem-solver mindset — if there’s a tricky bug, you’re not afraid to wrestle it until the referee pulls you away
• Fresh grads with fire are welcome! — If you’ve got the skills and the hunger to learn, why not

• You’ve contributed to open-source projects or built cool stuff in public? Drop your GitHub — we love seeing what you’ve been up to!
• You speak fluent low-level. System calls, networking internals, memory management? You get it, and you’ve worked with it
