What You'll Do
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial transactions into bookkeeping software and systems by collecting the required accounting supporting documents from clients.

Reconcile bank statements and any other financial records to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable which includes reviewing the categorisation and reconciliation of both purchase invoices and sales invoices.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets by performing quality checks on the bookkeeping data.
Collaborate with team members and the Bookkeeping Quality Assurance Team Lead to resolve discrepancies, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and client-specific requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with clients to gather financial information, address inquiries, and provide support as needed.
Stay updated on industry best practices, accounting regulations, and software updates relevant to bookkeeping tasks.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience and certifications (e.g., Certified Bookkeeper) will be considered.
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, practices, and relevant software exposure.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data review, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Proficiency in using bookkeeping software and tools, along with the ability to adapt to new OSOME technologies and software platforms as we develop our own accounting software.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, following instructions and seeking guidance when needed.
