Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager/Consultant to oversee operations and drive business growth in the Klang Valley or Penang region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in managing teams and achieving business objectives.

• Manage Outlet Sales
• Operational Management
• Customer Relationship Management
• Administrative Duties

Job Summary:

• To monitor outlet day-to-day operation and achieve sales target with the team.
• To Supervise outlet staff while maintaining positive relationships.
• Provide professional recommendations on aesthetic treatment packages and products to customers.
• Build strong rapport with client's by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Communicate with doctors regarding suitable treatments for patients.
• Follow up with patients to encourage frequent treatments for better results.
• Update and maintain treatment records accurately.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives.
• To cover subordinate's job should one be absent;
• To handle cash collection and payment to the company;
• To verify the team's commission;
• To manage and supervise the team on the sales pipeline;

Key Requirements:

• A least 2 years' experience in managing an Aesthetic Clinic.
• Passionate in the Aesthetic and Beauty Industry.
• A Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
