What's it like to be a Brand Head
As Brand Head at Didi Group, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic brand initiatives to drive the company's overall brand equity and vision. This postion encompasses duty in managing and controlling asset, sales andmarketing plan, financial performance and developing employees and focal point of the brand across all network dealers.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen Didi Group's brand presence and positioning in the market to achieve financial target set for both Sales and After Sales
- Provide direction in creation and management of all brand-related content, campaigns, and collateral
- Managing relationship and meet expectation set by brand principal
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints and internal support
- Analysing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation
- Measuring and reporting on the success of brand initiatives, and using data to continually optimise the brand strategy to increase sales turnover
- Establishing and implementing Operating Procedure for Company
- Managing and mentoring a team of brand professionals includes Sales andMarketing and After Sales team to foster a strong, cohesive brand culture
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the bsuiness, marketing and communications of lifestyle or automotive industry
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful, data-driven brand strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Strong creative and design skills, with the ability to oversee the development of impactful brand assets
- Analytical mindset to measure brand performance and take proactive decision-making
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of brand professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
