Job Description

This position requires to perform daily administration and management work to ensure daily operations are in smooth and efficient.
1. Monitoring work progress and ensure all work orders and correspondences are in order.
2. Claim submissions and status updates.
3. Organising and handling office related work such as in-coming calls, email replies, activity updates, follow-up tasks and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements: Good personality, professional, independent, willing to learn, able to work as a team.
