As a Business Analyst, you will manage the delivery lifecycle of the global SAP Finance solution, focusing on SAP CO especially on Product Costing & Material Ledger modules. This role requires deep knowledge of SAP modules and effective stakeholder management across global, regional, and local levels to support Project Implementation.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the change lifecycle, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and impact assessment.
- Ensure changes comply with change management processes and governance.
- Conduct quality assurance in line with audits and SOX controls.
- Support change management, release and deployment management, and service operations.
- Lead and coach a team of internal and outsourced resources.
- Manage escalations and engage with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP ECC in project implementation and support, experience in S/4 HANA is an advantage.
- Expertise in SAP ECC6 modules, especially CO – Product Costing & Material Ledger
- Experience in S/4 HANA integration between Controlling & other Modules is a strong advantage
- Experience in business requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and data conversion.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Adaptability in virtual and dynamic environments, with strong organizational skills.
