Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

The Business Communications Product Intern will assist the product team in market research, product development support, and operational coordination. This role offers valuable exposure to product management in a tech-driven environment while contributing to the launch and enhancement of Maxis’ enterprise Voice services and other business communication offerings.

What are you accountable for?

• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking for Voice services and business communication solutions.
• Assist in developing sales tools, presentation materials, and customer-facing documentation to support product initiatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new product features and service improvements.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the product management team.
• Assist in launch coordination activities for new products and product updates.
  
  

Notable Projects

• Be involved in the launch of new, competitive Voice product offerings and other cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including enterprise business, marketing, and technical delivery, to bring new Business Communications services to market.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with a keen interest in market dynamics and product trends.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
