Business Consulting Advisor

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage in client communication, conduct business research, and perform needs analysis; thoroughly understand client requirements to develop corresponding business and technical solutions.
2. Responsible for requirements analysis and design for products or projects; gather and analyze business requirements from users through effective communication and participate in discussions and documentation.
3. Prepare and standardize various requirement-related documents and plans, such as current status assessment reports, requirements analysis reports, business process design plans, system solutions, system functionality design, and user manuals.
4. Communicate effectively with development teams, coordinate to complete client-specific feature development, and perform system testing, training, and delivery.
5. Summarize work for assigned business modules, extract and package solutions to develop standardized or unique solutions.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
2. Proficient in English and Malay, with strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
3. Familiar with ERP systems, with prior experience in the automotive or dealership industries preferred.
4. Strong team collaboration skills and resilience under pressure.
5. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
6. Quick-thinking, with strong communication, summarization, and analytical skills; demonstrates self-driven, independent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in complex situations.
