  1. Bachelor’s degree or minimum diploma with working experience.
  2. Preferably with 3 years or more experience in preparing tender documents (exposure in quantity surveying or oil and gas would be an advantage).
  3. Good computer knowledge (skills in design and graphics would be an advantage).
  4. Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new industries to pursue.
  5. Monitor industry news and developments to stay up to date on potential opportunities.
  6. Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
