Job Responsibility

  • Dealership Acquisition & Engagement
  • Identify and acquire potential dealership partners for fashion clothing and beauty care products through market research, social media platforms, and influencer collaborations.
  • Present partnership benefits, negotiate terms, and close agreements to grow the network for fashion clothing and beauty care products.
  • Leverage digital platforms, social media, and in-person events to generate leads and engage potential dealerships.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and virtual or in-person meetings to promote partnership opportunities.
  • Relationship ManagementÂ
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners, managers, and influencers.
  • Act as the primary contact, ensuring consistent communication, guidance, and support.
  • Collaboration & Reporting Â
  • Work closely with the in-house marketing team to create impactful outreach and onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training with internal teams to ensure dealer success.
  • Track dealership performance metrics and provide regular progress updates to management.

Job Requirements

  • Achieve at least degree certificate
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in related field
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be fashion-savvy, passionate about the fashion industry, and have a strong sense of personal style.
  • Well-presented, confident, and results-driven, with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Highly motivated and thrives in a target-oriented environment, constantly seeking more sales and new opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills and an eye for industry trends.
