職責：

職責：
- 管理並實現團隊銷售目標。
- 透過會議、電話和電子郵件維護和發展與現有客戶的關係。
- 拜訪潛在客戶以尋找新業務。
- 清楚了解客戶的業務和需求
- 了解市場競爭對手的活動和行業趨勢，以製定和實施高成長策略。
- 透過推廣和銷售 Bio Synergy 實驗室技術和增值服務來增加指定區域和帳戶內的收入。
- 進行準確、快速的成本計算，並為客戶提供報價。
- 候選人必須至少擁有學士學位、研究生文憑或科學專業學位或同等學歷。
- 所需語言：英語、馬來語、國語（與講國語的客戶打交道有額外優勢）。
- 至少2年相關行業銷售或行銷工作經驗。
- 具有團隊合作精神，具有強烈的計畫、理論、溝通、簡報和人際溝通能力。
- 高度誠信、充滿活力、堅持不懈、注重結果、積極向上、積極主動、願意自信地表達自己。
- 必須足智多謀並且能夠獨立工作以滿足工作要求。
- 能夠發揮良好的電話行銷和銷售技巧。
- 擁有自己的汽車和有效駕駛執照，並願意根據需要前往外地或海外。
