Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Business Development Lead to expand our client base of portfolio projects, and supporting the growth of innovative tech startups in our ecosystem by offering comprehensive go-to-market strategies and digital marketing solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue through our comprehensive digital marketing, influencer and media PR services
  • Actively offer our go-to-market services to existing portfolio projects and new clients
  • Initiate and manage the entire deals cycle, from opening conversations, to negotiations and closing deals
  • Utilize and maintain CRM systems for efficient lead and client management
  • Stay updated on evolving market trends and client needs in the tech startup ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and excellent service delivery
  • Achieve and exceed milestone targets consistently

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or startup tech industries
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and their application in tech industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English. Chinese fluency is a plus. 
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with founders and C-level executives
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and deal management tools
