The Role
We’re seeking a Business Development Leader with drive and vision to grow and scale our merchant network. You’ll lead from the front — growing partnerships, inspiring a hungry business development team, and driving adoption of our new payment solution across the SME world.

What You’ll Do
  • Win over merchants with tailored solutions that drive growth and loyalty.
  • Recruit, coach, and fire up a high-performing sales team to smash targets.
  • Dive into sales data, give sharp feedback, and keep performance on point.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Success to deliver end-to-end impact.


Be our brand champion at events, roadshows, and SME meetups.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years in sales, including 2+ years leading a team.
  • Solid track record in payments, POS, or merchant acquiring.
  • Target-smasher with proof of exceeding ambitious goals.
  • Hands-on leader who loves being on the ground with merchants.
  • Fluent in multiple languages - English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin. 
  • Independent, fast-paced, and always chasing the next win.
