Role Responsibilities & Job Descriptions:

  • Implement initiatives that drive sustainable growth from new products, new markets, or new partnerships, all aimed at increasing the company’s footprint and revenue streams
  • Analyse market trends and competitor movements, business development helps the company stay ahead of the competition
  • Enhance the company's brand, making it more visible and respected in the market, increases customer trust and potentially leads to greater customer retention and acquisition
  • Assess the potential risks and benefits of these opportunities and strategize on how best to utilize them
  • Identify and implement new processes and technologies, business development can help increase the company’s operational efficiency, reducing costs and improving service delivery

Qualifications:

  • 0 to 3+ years’ experience in Inside Sales / Telemarketing/Business Development/Sales and/or IT/ Software Solution
  • Degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
