Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business expansion strategies.
- Create and execute strategies to meet sales targets and business goals.
- Plan and implement merchandising strategies for retail and trade partners.
- Oversee product placement, display setups, and inventory levels at partner locations.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of trade merchandise.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns.
- Develop pitch materials and proposals for potential partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for trade-related inquiries.
- Monitor and report sales performance and market feedback.
- Analyse data to optimise business strategies and merchandising plans.
- Prepare regular updates and reports for management.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience in business development, merchandising, or sales.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
