Business Executive To CEO

Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and skilled professional to work closely with the CEO and Management Team. The ideal candidates will have a strong business development background, analytical skills, and experience in retail. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Align business operations with the organization's long-term vision and goals.
• Working closely with COO to oversee the company's operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze financial reports and metrics to make sound business decisions.
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure that targets are met across the organization.
• Perform other duties assigned by the CEO, to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant business management role, preferably within the retail industry.
• Strong data analysis skills, along with experience in data analysis and budget management.
• Proven experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
