Calling all IT Business Analysts with a passion for Route-to-Market technologies, especially Distributor Management systems.

What We Ask

• A recognized Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline with 5+ years working experience and relevant track record working in multinationals in the field of IT.
• You are a high-performing individual who is driven and will proactively build up expertise in the E2E business processes of route-to-market. This is to ultimately improve and optimize the processes across 7+ markets operating General Trade operations.
• You are customer focused and able to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results.
• You take responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change.
• Most important competences and knowledge are:
• Experience in distributor management systems and Route-to-Market capabilities.
• Proficient in business process transformation.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of secondary sales data.
• Experience with managing senior management stakeholders. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills: written and verbal.

Vacancy Description

Business process and technology improvement

• Understand E2E business processes in distributor operations and route-to-market
• Expert in the data related to RTM domain and understanding of how the data is used in daily processes
• Translate business problems and value opportunities into process and technology solutions
• Assess and validate solution options
• Identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders
• Develop a comprehensive requirement specifications (both functional and non-functional)
  
  
  

Project Management

• Lead medium/ large projects and change via Scrum
• Manage project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility
• Develop project estimates & financial model
  
  
  

IT Strategy & Execution

• Serves as SPOC to business on defining business processes and technology requirements
• Provide customer engagement and build business network of Key users
• Provide input for IT Commerce strategy and portfolio planning
  
  
  

Knowledge Expert & Advisor

• Establish a deep understanding of the process and technologies in the assigned business area.
• Actively puts scrum methodology into practice and leads the team in the role of scrum master.
