We help thousands of businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to them. We've developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time.

What You'll Do
Review system reminders and tickets to ensure accounting reports are generated for all accounting clients each month by cross-checking with accounting billing.
Verify accounting billing for global clients and ensure the reporting frequency is accurately updated in the system.
Identify and escalate discrepancies to the tech team, following up until issues are resolved.
Collaborate with the accounting team on report reminders, tickets, and system updates.
Maintain and update Sales Managing Data for payroll invoice verification.
Escalate any concerns or unresolved issues to the Admin Manager for support.
Who You Are
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates in Accounting are encouraged to apply.
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, comfortable handling large volumes of data.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
