Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Content Marketing:
- Develop and implement content marketing strategies to drive website traffic, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Create and manage engaging content for the company’s website, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Design and execute effective EDM (Email Direct Marketing) campaigns to retain and engage customers.
Campaign Management:
- Manage the planning and execution of campaigns across KKday’s own channels and assets.
- Collaborate with designers on the development of messaging, visuals, and scheduling for app pushes, EDMs, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure all campaign elements are aligned with the company’s brand voice and objectives.
Customer Insights & CRM:
- Utilize CRM tools to gather and analyze customer insights, helping to refine marketing strategies.
- Leverage consumer behavior data to create effective consumer journey roadmaps that enhance user experience and boost conversion rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM best practices to drive personalized marketing efforts.
Travel Research & Trend Analysis:
- Conduct research on domestic and international travel trends to identify content opportunities and market gaps.
- Stay informed on travel industry developments and integrate relevant trends into marketing initiatives.
Performance Metrics:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, sessions, and revenue.
- Provide data-driven insights and regular reports on the effectiveness of content marketing and campaigns, suggesting areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in content marketing, campaign management, and customer insights, with a strong focus on the travel industry.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working with CRM systems.
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with fluency in English.
