To drive profitable sales and category growth within and across DLMI categories in the channel by identifying channel-specific opportunities and strategies

What We Ask

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in an MNC, including managerial roles in Account Management, Trade Marketing, or Brand Management.
• Strong knowledge of channel/customer and category management, trade marketing, and category products.
• Proven experience in business planning, project implementation, and team management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills; willing to travel.

Vacancy Description

To drive profitable sales and category growth within and across DLMI categories in the Channel through:

• Identifying channel-specific opportunities and strategies (at a total DLMI level – i.e., cross-category level) based on an in-depth understanding of the Channel’s individual objectives, growth strategies, needs, and target shopper.
• Translating these opportunities and strategies into detailed channel plans by category – including POP activation plans, customized promotional programs, and tailored assortments where appropriate.
• Championing channel-specific insights and needs throughout the business.
• Ensuring DLMI is able to leverage its total size, scale, and expertise within the Channel.
• Championing DLMI’s Perfect Store initiatives and facilitating the four-step process: define, execute, measure, and learn to continuously improve.
