You’ll Excel in This Role If You…
- Enjoy building and managing relationships with resellers, distributors, or affiliates.
- Have strong skills in partner onboarding and training.
- Can design and execute channel sales strategies.
- Take pride in helping partners succeed and hit their targets.
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-scaling company.
- Can analyze partner sales data and recommend improvements.
- Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Familiarity with fintech, digital marketplaces, or platform ecosystems.
- Experience with co-marketing or partner-led promotions.
- Exposure to regional channel development.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- High incentive and commission structure – your earnings grow with your results.
