- 全面了解 11 KV 電氣系統，包括其操作、維護和故障排除
- 強大的問題解決和分析能力，能夠診斷和解決複雜的電氣問題
- 優秀的溝通和人際溝通能力，能夠與跨職能團隊有效協作
- 能夠在快節奏、具有安全意識的環境中工作，並遵守所有相關法規和標準
- 精通馬來語和英語。
