Job Responsibility

  • Prepare food ingredients and dishes
  • Learn to cook our authentic Hong Kong cuisine from established senior chefs
  • Clean and maintain hygiene of the kitchen
  • Order raw materials and monitor supplies

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • With at least 3 years of experience working in a kitchen specializing in non-halal Mandarin/Cantonese Cuisine
  • Able to speak in English & Mandarin
  • Positive attitude with a pleasant personality
  • Happy to work as a team player and willing to learn
  • High performers will be entitled to career progression, performance bonuses and internship in Hong Kong
