You Will
- Supervise a team of 4 to 6 chefs
- Manage orders and stocks for this section (hot, cold, breakfast)
- Check the setting up, appeal and replenishment of buffets (600 to 1000 covers per service)
- Offer a plating-up service at the buffet or in the bistronomic restaurant by personalizing the customer relationship
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets
- Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development

主な業務内容
営業戦略の策定と実行のサポート
セールスリーダーと協力し、担当セグメントにおける営業戦略の理解の上、効果的に実施する
経営陣と協力し、担当セグメントの収益、顧客、市場に対応する営業計画を作成し、実行する。
社内および社外向けのプロモーションの策定と実行を支援する。
収益の最大化
最大限の収益を確保するためのポジティブかつアグレッシブなリーダーシップを発揮する
（例：個々に具体的なブッキングゴールを設定する）。
セールスチームメンバーのブッキングゴールを提案する。
営業活動のマネジメント
直属の部下の日々の業務をモニターする。
Business Evaluation Managerが不在の場合は、収益（DOS、グループ）を最大化するため
ケータリング用のスペース活用を承認する。
セールスチームのメンバーと同行し、新規顧客の獲得や成約に努める。
予約された業務の遂行とサポート（提案書の作成、契約書の作成、顧客との連絡など）。
販売および財務データの分析と報告
セールスシステムを使用してマーケットを分析し、プロパティの客室販売とケータリング目標を達成するための戦略を実施する。
Six periods先を正確に予測することで、Revenue Managementを支援する。
販売およびケータリングにおける顧客満足度の結果を検証し、改善の余地がある分野を特定する。
卓越したカスタマーサービスの確保
ゲストへのホスピタリティにおいてリーダーシップを発揮し、カスタマーサービスの模範となり、ゲストリレーションにおける模範を示す。
