Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess SPM or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in laboratory cleaning / janitorial work / housekeeping, or a related field is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of cleaning protocols and use of cleaning equipment is preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning task efficiently
- Perform daily cleaning of office and laboratory areas.
- Carry out laundry duties, including washing and ironing
- Monitor and track cleaning supplies and notify the officer-in-charge when restocking is needed
- Ensure rubbish bins are emptied daily and refuse areas are kept clean and sanitary
- Assist in cleaning and preparing vessels for media preparation when required
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the superior
