Job Responsibility
- Responsible for assisting the officers to manage, plan, control and monitor the activities / shipping operations.
- Responsible provide for payment from customers and make payments to the agent after completion of the operation.
- Responsible to assist in managing an operation co Shipping Agencies, Ship Brokers, Master of the vessel, the Port Authority, Cargo Owners, Freight Receiver, and Surveyor.
- To prepare the shipment reports and updates the status of the ongoing operation.
- Data entry and monitor ILDS system for shipping
- Basic Knowledge of Freight Forwarding: Understanding of the fundamental concepts of export and import processes, shipping modes (sea, air, land), and the role of a freight forwarder.
- Documentation Skills: Familiarity with various shipping and customs documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Customs declarations). Ability to prepare, review, and process these documents accurately.
