Job Description
OVERVIEW
To perform clerical and administration tasks of Quality Assurance Department, mainly Regulatory AffairsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist Engineer / Executive in preparing samples for testing including sample retrieval from Packing / Production
- To prepare, arrange and follow up on sample and sample for external laboratory testing.
- To handle purchase request for RA, quotation / proforma invoice, approval process, checking, record keeping and etc.
- Follow up with purchasing on Purchase Order Number and follow up with Finance on proof of payment.
- Follow up on testing progress with external laboratory and update testing completion progress.
- Update testing log and public folder upon receive signed report from Superior, and within timeframe given.
- To assist Engineer / Executive and above in data entry and compilation.
- To assist Engineer / Executive and above to established internal test report for product.
- Request standard / regulatory document from external library (e.g., SIRIM)
- To handle administrative works (leave record, document printing, KPI compilation, get signature for document etc.
- To ensure office equipment tidiness and available according to 5S standard, and to conduct 5S inspection at predetermined time and work areas, highlight and follow up on non-conformities.
- To file all documents into designated files based on good document practice procedure.
- To assist department on Structural on Job Training (SOJT) to ensure all SOJT and other ad-hoc training are performed based on training schedule.
- Manage and organize store documents.
- To follow up and assist in KPI compilation.Any other tasks assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Minimum SPM or Certificate / Diploma in any field.Work Experience:
Preferably with working experience in clerk position.Technical and Professional Knowledge:
