The Role
Our client is seeking a Client Centre Executive (Telesales SG) in the Banking and Financial Services.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing top-tier service to existing and prospective clients while expanding the business on a product and global level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and contributing to the company's mission of becoming a Top Clearer worldwide in commodity markets.
Job information
• Support: Outbound calls
• KPI Target: Number of sales generated & 250 calls per day + TAT
• Working Hours: 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Monday – Friday)
• Round of Interview: 1 round of physical interview
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing SG customers to promote products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
• Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales admin, Quality Assurance team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements
• Fresh graduates or proven experience in a tele sales or similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
