Job Responsibility
- Work closely with the creative and marketing department to coordinate projects.
- Gate keeper for operation team
- Communicate with client and operations
- Ensure job execution
- Monitoring project timelines
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for servicing
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Submission for approval (eg. DBP and IPO)
- At least a Diploma holder
- At least 1 year experience
- Good in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication or social skill would be an added advantage because we believe in the power of two-way communication
- Has an easy-going and fun personality and most importantly positive attitude
- Own transport & driving license
- EPF/SOCSO/PCB
