Sevenvault is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Success Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background, 2-3 years of experience, and the ability to handle multiple client requests with an all-is-possible attitude. This role focuses on client retention and satisfaction, ensuring top-notch service and support.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions based on client needs.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
- Track key account metrics and forecast growth opportunities.
- Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a client success or account management role within an agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and quick to adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
