What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: You have 3-5 years of experience in customer support, ideally in the Tech & Digital space. If you've worked in a SaaS start-up background before, that’s a major plus!
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable troubleshooting systems and technical issues, and you’re always excited to learn about new tech.
- Strong Communicator: Whether in writing or speaking, you excel at breaking down complex topics into simple, understandable language.
- Client-First Mindset: You’re empathetic, approachable, and have a true passion for helping others succeed.
- Bonus Points: Experience with CRM systems and creating training materials or leading workshops is a plus!
