Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of our clinic. The successful candidate will assist clinical staff, provide excellent patient service, and help ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Prepare consultation rooms and assist with basic clinical tasks as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic areas
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general administrative duties
- Assist with stock control and ordering of supplies
- Follow clinic policies, health and safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines
No Experience needed. Training will be provided

Tanggungjawab Utama
- Menyambut dan membantu pesakit dengan sikap profesional dan mesra
- Mengurus temujanji dan rekod pesakit
- Menyediakan bilik rawatan dan membantu tugasan klinikal asas
- Menjaga kebersihan dan kekemasan kawasan klinik
- Mengendalikan panggilan telefon, e-mel, dan tugas pentadbiran am
- Membantu dalam kawalan stok dan pesanan bekalan
- Mematuhi polisi klinik, prosedur keselamatan dan kesihatan, serta kerahsiaan
