CLINIC CONSULTANT

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Explain procedures, benefits, and potential side effects to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Sales and Promotion:

• Promote and sell aesthetic treatments and products to new and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment to address any concerns and encourage repeat business.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the clinic’s database.
• Prepare and submit sales reports to the Headquarter as required.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the medical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings to stay updated on new products and treatments.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic or beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Needs to be proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English.
