Job Responsibilities
- To support the planning and development of specialty clinical services within the hospital.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for new clinical services.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate the development and implementation of clinical services, ensuring alignment with hospital goals.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of clinical services, including clinical equipment utilization and clinical data.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of clinical data to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans for clinical services.
Qualifications
- Degree in Medicine/Healthcare Management.
- Experience in clinical services planning or healthcare management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
