CMM Lab Technician

We are an established Company in Plastic Injection Molding, is a subsidiary of FuYu Corporation Limited. We invite highly motivated individuals who are willing to take challenges and work achievement to fill the position of QA Lab Technician:

1. Responsibility and Authority:

1. Support and maintain the requirements of the IMS of ISO9001, ISO13485 and ISO14001 systems.
2. Perform dimensional check hourly for all parts running on production.
3. Implementing Statistical Process Control on production line.
4. Handling and conducting measurement using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and other measuring equipment.
5. Conducting 1st piece buy off for production samples.
6. Assist QA engineer on defect analysis, quality improvement activities.
7. Undertake other relevant tasks as may be directed by QA Engineer from time to time.
8. Doing hourly shot inspection according to Moulding Inspection Plan (MIP).
9. Perform Melt Flow Index testing according to MIP requirement.
10. Assist QA engineer in preparing all the quality reports / Quality engineering reports. (Eg. Cp & Cpk report, FAI report and etc….)
11. Compile and download data for customer
    • OQC data, moulding injection master data, GR&R, weekly Cp & Cpk report.
12. Performing miscellaneous tasks as required by supervisor.

Minimum Requirement:

1. Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Well versed in measurement and knows how to handle various types of measuring equipment.
3. Experienced in CMM measurement, preferably Zeiss.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
5. Able to work with minimal supervision & rotating shift.
