About Your Role

As a CoE Specialist Total Rewards, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering Total Rewards strategies across the Asia Pacific region. Your role focuses on proposing and developing processes, policies, and programs that ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of Center of Expertise (CoE) solutions both globally and regionally. You will continuously seek opportunities to enhance HR solutions, driving improvements and recommendations that elevate the employee experience and support business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver Total Rewards Services & Processes
    • Support the design and delivery of Total Rewards CoE solutions across the region.
    • Calculate incentive schemes, conduct job evaluations, and update benefits programs.
    • Understand and apply Compensation & Benefits policies and market practices across focused countries or regional groups.
    • Collaborate with global and regional teams to create standardized yet locally customized Total Rewards processes and programs.
    • Execute tasks independently and timely, managing specialist Reward services and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
    • Provide support for Total Rewards-related queries, including compensation processes and benefits.
  • Engage in Customer Contact & Collaboration
    • Partner with Rewards team members and People Excellence teams to align and monitor CoE solution delivery and performance.
    • Work closely with CoE Specialists and Heads of CoEs to ensure alignment and respond to escalated inquiries requiring deep subject matter expertise.
  • Improve Customer Experience & Services
    • Align Total Rewards processes with regional and local business priorities, culture, and organizational values.
    • Gather input from multiple sources to propose and test improvements, refining HR solutions iteratively.
    • Develop and enhance CoE processes based on data insights, market best practices, and stakeholder feedback.

What You need to be successful

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Rewards operations or 5–8 years in generalist HR roles.
  • Expertise: Exposure to compensation, benefits, or global mobility programs in MNCs; FMCG experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong stakeholder management, data-driven mindset, and digital fluency.
  • Tools: Familiarity with SAP and Employee Central.
  • Mindset: Business-oriented, culturally aware, and committed to continuous improvement.
