What you'll do:

As a Collection and Credit Management Specialist, your role will be integral to the financial health of the organisation. You'll manage credit risk assessments, monitor outstanding accounts receivables, and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes. Your ability to conduct thorough credit reviews and provide insightful recommendations for risk mitigation will be crucial. You'll also generate important reports on aging analysis, bad debt provisions, and collection forecasts. Ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies will be part of your daily responsibilities. Proficiency in SAP for managing collections, reporting, and credit assessments is essential.

• Manage credit risk assessment and establish credit limits based on company policies.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and ensure accurate payment application.
• Conduct credit reviews and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.

They have significant experience working within a Global Business or Shared Services environment. Their strong hands-on experience with SAP in collections/credit management processes sets them apart from others. They possess excellent analytical & problem-solving skills that enable them to assess risks effectively and manage escalations efficiently. Their exceptional communication & negotiation skills make them comfortable handling challenging conversations with customers and internal teams.

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) - Required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience in Shared Services - At least [X] years in a Global Business/Shared Services environment.
• Strong SAP experience - Hands-on experience with SAP in collections/credit management processes.
• Analytical & problem-solving skills - Ability to assess risks and manage escalations.
