How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Lead the Subject Matter Expert, Reconciliation and the Invoicing team, provide support to the team on day-to-day basis in performing the required task.
  • Monitor goals and performance and ensure that all metrics/performance scores are met.
  • Develop, implement and manage operational processes and system to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Provide coaching, feedback and leadership insight as well as encourage team engagement towards meeting the performance efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Promote and initiate process improvement by identifying service delivery gaps, offer solution and promote collaboration to implement idea to enhance the process.
  • Maintain record of operations activities.
  • Work closely with the Agency Performance team to enable Collections.
  • Maintain performance data of the team to maximize productivity and operation excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong team player.
  • Solid understanding of operational process and system
  • Solid experience n people management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a matrixed team, mature and patience in handling difficult situation.
  • Self-starter with ability to execute with minimal supervision and strong attention to details.
  • Ability to drive change with focus to execution.
  • Ability to persuade/negotiate solution with stakeholder
  • Critical thinker who displays sound judgement and ability to articulate his/her decision clearly and rationally.
  • Solid written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Keen learner who desires to understand and learn new things,
  • Solid PC skills, specifically MS Office application.
  • Experience in Risk Management - ability to work at low level of details.
  • Experience working across multiple cultures/market and commercial environments
  • Excellent communication skill in English both verbal and written. Addition languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage but not compulsory.
