Commercial Excellence Manager MYSG

Key Responsibilities
What you will do
- Manage current and design new commercial data models, while improving the quality of samples
- Maintain and improve commercial performance analysis and deliver visualizations to unlock insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to support decision-making
- Identify patterns and trends in data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing commercial strategies in customer and brand
- Lead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects and customer & brand performance analysis to deliver recommendations
- Provide insights into sales force effectiveness and performance factors to management
- Utilize business systems to gather key information on sales data
- Managing business intelligence tools in collaboration with SFE (TPM, DMS, SFA, BI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, commercial/ data analytics, or strategy analysis
- Sales Management Experience in an FMCG environment will be advantageous
- Excellent analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Proven technical skills in Excel at an expert level and certified
- Experience in Power BI and SQL will be advantageous
- Experience in data analysis and process automation
- Commercial mindset with financial acumen and attention to detail
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and capable of driving projects independently
- Ability to story tell and transform numbers into key insights that drives business decisions
- Curious mindset and desire to grow in the role
