Job Descriptions:
1. Liaise with internal and external parties (including authorities) as and when required to obtain or furnish the requisite information to ensure all requests and enquiries are promptly addressed.
2. Maintain and update statutory books and secretarial records, including registers of members, directors, secretaries, charges and beneficial ownerships.
3. Prepare resolutions of directors and shareholders and follow-up on un-signed resolutions to ensure timely approval.
4. Provide the requisite information for special projects or corporate assignments to support team members of other departments.
5. Provide effective support and assume any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
1. Possess Degree in Accounting, Business/Corporate Administration, Law or other related disciplines (ICSA, Licensed secretary or an equivalent qualification is a plus).
2. Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word).
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Ability to prioritize work and work well under pressure to manage multiple deadlines.
5. Ability to deal with relevant authorities and other stakeholders e.g. auditors, bankers, lawyers etc.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
