Job Description

• Monitor all banking systems to ensure their smooth operations;
• Respond quickly to any system failures or errors by logging service requests to IT department and follow up on the status of these requests.
• Provide technical support in areas related to hardware, software, networks and security systems for computer workstations and other devices used within the organization;
• Assist users by answering queries, troubleshooting problems, and providing technical assistance via telephone, email, chat or in-person;
• Maintain and update operation manuals, documentation and training materials.
• Monitor backup processing and restoration procedures to ensure data integrity and availability;
• Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of technologies to improve business efficiency.
  
  

Job Qualification

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field of study.
• Proven experience in computer networking, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C++, Java, Python etc would be added advantages.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V is also beneficial.
• Experience working with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure is desirable.
  
  

Work Schedule

• Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night), including weekends and holidays.
• Shift rotation ensures fair distribution and adequate rest periods in compliance with labor regulations.
